Introducing Ruby

“Ruby Annabel Toner was born on Wednesday 5 February 2020, weighing 3.06kg, measuring 45cm long and a head circumference of 35cm.

Ruby is my little donor baby. Coming from a close family I always wanted a family of my own.

About 18 months ago I started looking into the options available and, utilising the help of Repromed Darwin and the American Cryobank, Ruby is the first result of embryos created with an anonymous American donor. I am forever grateful to her donor and the services available for assisting me to welcome this beautiful little baby.

Given that all experiences in the first week of a newborn baby (and first time mum) can be daunting, Susan provided a very welcoming environment that was comfortable for both Ruby and I. Susan was very attentive to Ruby and it was lovely to see her passion for babies and how she translates this into her photography.

I felt the studio was very earthy and calm, it was a beautiful space which was clearly well thought out with natural light, natural wood pieces and beautiful colours. In consideration of other photography spaces I thought Susan’s studio was a little oasis, which made for a more natural experience.

Susan is both professional and personable and shows great care and consideration to all clients of the studio (newborns, parents, family members). I felt very welcomed throughout the experience, and loved the way Susan savours the newborn phase as much as the mother/family members. Every mother loves when people delight in their newborn baby”.

Susan was so welcoming and lovely. She made us feel very at ease and so gentle with bubs. We didn't get newborn photos done until 5 weeks which Susan worked wonders with a very awake baby. Loved all the photos. Highly recommend little cherub photography, 5 stars from me definitely.

Thank you Little Cherub Photography for capturing our beautiful newborn and family portraits. It was our first time for a newborn photoshoot, so we had no idea who to go to. So then I searched through Google and found these beautiful photos with high star reviews. Susan is such a professional and trustworthy photographer. Starting from back and forth queries, until the day we had the session. She is very accomodating, calm and patience for the whole session and guided us on choosing the best photos to keep. Also the studio is so stunning! very clean, hygienic, and modern. You could really see how she handles her clients perfectly and makes them comfortable throughout the session. This was our second time having Susan do our newborn photos. There wasn’t a question of who we’d use this time as she is just the best. Susan has such a beautiful calming nature with newborns.
